The best way to experience the Demo Garden is firsthand. Come by to explore a variety of environmentally-sound gardening best practices and innovative forestry practices.
Explore our beautiful garden filled with Missouri native plants and learn something new along the way.
The Demo Garden is always open, so come by whenever you want.
(Although, if you want our advice, it’s much nicer on a sunny Spring day than a snowy Winter night.)
The Demo Garden is intended to be explored. We have plenty of interpretive displays throughout the garden explaining what everything is and how it works.
Whether you’re a Master Gardener or just developing your green thumb, it’s our hope that you’ll find something interesting and learn something new. Look for our giant purple coneflowers and Monarch butterfly at the entrance. The garden is adjacent to our offices at 4646 Shenandoah Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110 at the intersection of Kingshighway and Vandeventer.
There’s usually plenty of free parking on site.
Bring a Group
If you have a group, we’d love to coordinate with you to make your visit the best it possibly can be. We’ve had everything from school groups to gardening clubs enjoy their visit to the Demo Garden.
You can just show up if you’d like. But if you want to ensure we’ll have someone available to answer your questions, it’s best if you reach out to us in advance.
Give us a call at (314) 772-4646 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d love to work with you.
